Alex is the best of the best and over the last several months I got to see how his knowledge of training and nutrition planning changes me for the best.

Six months ago I was over-training, over-eating, and not achieving great results for hour much time I was spending with my workouts. I knew Alex from group fitness classes and always liked his approach to training and yet having fun while doing it.

I decided to start training with him and really got to see his ability to custom tailor training programs along with formulating a meal plan. The workouts were always tough but not barbaric! The meal plan was realistic and I was able to shed close to 10 lbs in less than 90 days!

Alex is one of those guys who really has a vested interest in his clients progressing and ultimately achieving their goals. I don’t look at Alex as a personal trainer, but more of a lifestyle changer! It took me some time to truly follow his program but once I did I saw incredible results.
